Pool Fees and Information

2008 Membership Fees

  • Resident Family Membership: $290
  • Resident Senior (55+) Membership: $150
  • Non-Resident Family Membership: $390
  • Non-Resident Senior (55+) Membership: $200
  • On-Line Payment Processing Fee: $10 (all memberships)

Resident members reside within the Village West and Lexington Green neighborhoods. If you are unsure of your membership status, please email your address to the Village Green Board via the contact page on this website and we will let you know.

Family Membership

  • Primary Member must be an adult, age 18 or over
  • Includes up to 8 members on each membership
  • All members must be residing at the designated address
  • 15 guest passes
  • Tennis Court privileges

Senior Membership

  • Primary Member must be age 55 or over by May 23, 2008
  • Secondary Member must be an adult, age 18 or over
  • Membership limited to two people
  • All members must be residing at the designated address
  • 15 guest passes
  • Tennis Court privileges

New Members - You may join Village Green Pool at any time during the season. However, we do not prorate fees for those joining the pool after opening day. New members will not be assessed a late fee if you join after May 15th.

Returning Members - Payments received after the May 15th deadline will be assessed a $25 late fee.  Failure to pay the late fee will result in forfeiture of guest passes.

Guest Pass Policy

  • A Member must accompany the Guest(s) while they are at the pool at all times
  • One pass per each unrelated guest(s) per day
  • Additional Guest passes are 10 passes for $30 and are available at the pool office
  • Limit of 6 guests per membership per visit

Photo Identification

Individual photos will be taken of each member listed on the membership form. It is required that All members must have their photo taken to be registered in the computer.

New member photos and returning member photo updates will be taken at the pool on May 24th and 25th, or on your first visit to the pool.

Any person not registered in the computer system or without a guest pass, will be denied access.

Private Pool Parties are available on a reservation basis from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. on selected evenings. The fee to reserve the pool is $125 for 50 or fewer guests. Please check with the office for the fee for additional people or to stay until 10:00 pm. Reservations must be made at least one week in advance. Contact Splash at 482-9057 or amy@splashpoolservices.com for pre-season reservations. During the season, reservations can be made at the pool office. Checks should be payable to Splash Pool Services, Inc. Payment is required upon scheduling an event.

Groups or Organizations that collectively bring more than 6 guests during general swim hours, must provide a 24-hour notice to the office. To ensure safety and adequate lifeguard coverage for all pool users, members may be required to pay for a lifeguard at the rate of $16.50 per hour. This check should be made payable to Splash Pool Services, Inc.

Friends of Village Green Pool - Contribute to your neighborhood and community, or favorite summer spot. Funds will be used for improvements and upgrades, bringing additional esteem to our neighborhood. Donations can be made using the resident or non-resident membership registration form.

Tennis Courts are available for Members and their guest(s) from 7:00 a.m. to dusk. Please adhere to the guidelines posted on the tennis court door. Keys are available for $2.00 at the pool office.
